Delhi University (DU) Undergraduate Registrations 2016 : Delhi University is all set to start the registration process for Undergraduate (UG) Admissions 2016-17. According to sources, online registrations for the academic session 2016-17 will be starting from 28 May whereas the offline registrations will begin from 12 June. The university had earlier decided to keep the UG Registration Process online only. The decision to keep the registrations online only was taken back following a students’ demand to continue with the issue of offline applications and the decision to keep the process open in both online and offline modes. “We received many representations from students requesting for continuation of paper forms. There are some students who may not have access to computer and internet so we will continue with the offline forms,” said officials.

Delhi University UnderGraduate Admissions 2016 – Entrance Based :

The University has already started online registrations for the Entrance Based UnderGraduate Courses from May 13th, 2016. The closing date of registrations for the UG Entrance based courses is May 31, 2016. The DU UG Entrance exams 2016 will be conducted from 19th – 23rd June 2016. The results of the same will be announced anytime on or before 4th July 2016. The forms are available at www.du.ac.in

Registration Fee : 

The registration fee for the DU UG Entrance Exams 2016 is non-refundable. For SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) it is Rs. 250/- and Rs. 500/- for all other categories (Unreserved, OBC etc.). It is to be paid at the time of online registration only.

Entrance Examination

a) The Admit Card for the entrance examination 2016 shall be available in your online registration account.

b) DU UG Entrance Admit Card’s download link shall be available after 31 st May 2016 (closing date of online registration). Please visit the UG admission portal for news and updates related with the Admit Card and on the admission procedures.

c) Candidate shall take the print-out of the Admit Card. The print quality of the Admit Card should be good enough for verification.

d) Admit Card shall carry the information related with Centre, Reporting time etc.

e) Candidate shall carry the following documents to the Examination Centre:

• Printed copy of the Admit Card.
• One identity card bearing candidate’s photograph, for verification.
  This can be any one of the following documents: Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN card, Voter’s identity card, Passport or College identity card.
